Tracy Yuexi Chen

Hi, I’m Tracy, an AI Scientist (Tech Lead) at GE HealthCare, Bellevue, WA. My current focus is building AI systems for healthcare operations: dynamically optimizing capacity, patient flow, and resources to expand patient access, elevate quality of care delivery, and enhance the patient experience through AI-enabled insights. I received my Ph.D. in Computer Science from the University of Maryland, advised by Prof. Leo Zhicheng Liu. During my Ph.D., I was fortunate to collaborate with Adobe and Bosch Research on human-AI interaction projects.
